Our Welsh matcha infused honey combines honey produced by our own bees around Porthcawl and the Vale of Glamorgan with premium matcha green tea powder.

The natural sweetness of the honey balances matcha’s distinctive earthy flavour, creating a smooth and versatile infusion. Stir it into warm drinks and matcha lattes, drizzle it over porridge or yoghurt, spread it on toast, or enjoy it straight from the spoon.

Made in small batches in South Wales using simple ingredients.
