Our Hot Chilli Honey blends honey produced by our own bees around Porthcawl and the Vale of Glamorgan with carefully infused chilli. The result is a smooth, golden Welsh honey with natural sweetness and a gentle warming finish.
It starts sweet before developing a subtle chilli warmth that lingers without overpowering. Drizzle it over pizza, cheese, roasted vegetables or fried chicken, brush it over meat, or add it to marinades and dressings.
Made in small batches in South Wales using simple ingredients for a naturally bold and versatile flavour.
