Give your beekeeping season a strong start with an established overwintered bee nuc, locally managed by Newton Honey in South Wales. Each nucleus colony is supplied on 6 National frames with a 2026 Buckfast laying queen, brood at different stages, food stores and a strong population of worker bees.

Your nuc will be supplied in a ventilated Correx transport box, ready for safe collection and transfer to your hive.

Total price: £250. A £50 deposit is charged at checkout. The remaining £200 will be charged on 1 March 2027 under the pre-order payment plan.

Collection only from Newton Honey in Porthcawl, South Wales.

We expect nucs to be ready for collection by 31 May 2027. Because these are live colonies, exact collection dates depend on spring weather, colony development and any statutory bee-health movement controls. We will contact you to arrange collection when your bees are ready.
